• Consort Banqueting The largest room with a capacity of upto 300 for the Ceromony
• The Brampton Room capacity of upto 50 for the ceromony
• The Morthen Room capacity of upto 35 for the Ceromony
These number INCLUDES two Registrars
With a further reception room being made available for the pre marriage discussion with the Registrar.

The registrar will advise of any price changes accordingly. These fees do not include the marriage certificate:
Monday – Friday £153.50
Saturday £223.50
Sunday / Public Holidays £293.50 *
* (Also applicable each Tuesday following a public holiday).
Plus £3.50 for marriage certificate (prices valid up to April 2007)

PLEASE NOTE ….
Civil Ceremonies must be held between 0800 and 18.00 Hours
No drinks or food can be served in the same room in which the ceremony is to take place in, up to one hour prior or during the ceremony.
The general public cannot be excluded from the ceremony.
Best Western Consort Hotel cannot accept liability of cancellation of ceremonies.
Written confirmation to the hotel is required within two weeks following a provisional booking along with a deposit of £500.00 (which is not refundable).
Balance of payment to the hotel is required four weeks before the date of the event.
