Reduce as far as commercially practical the level of harmful or nuisance emissions.
Recycle our used cooking oil through a licensed contractor.
Maintain our building exteriors and grounds to create a positive visual effect.
Where commercially practicable use local suppliers for fruit, vegetable, fish, meat and dairy produce.
Conduct our business in a responsible manner with due regards to the hotels immediate environment.
Community and Charitable Support
We are supportive of local community projects and provide charitable support in the form of donations and prizes for fundraising activities. Each request is given due care and consideration.
