We understand that every customer has different needs and we aim to make hotel facilities accessible and available to all our guests and comply with the Disability Discrimination Act. We are proud to offer:

  • Adapted accessible bedroom
  • Guide dogs are welcome
  • Bar and Restaurant facilities are all easily accessible on the ground floor

Respect in the Community

We respect our local communities and will endeavor to do the following:

  • Reduce as far as commercially practical the level of harmful or nuisance emissions
  • Recycle our used cooking oil through a licensed contractor
  • Maintain our building exteriors and grounds to create a positive visual effect
  • Where commercially practicable use local suppliers for fruit, vegetable, fish, meat and dairy produce
  • Conduct our business in a responsible manner with due regards to the hotels immediate environment

C​ommunity and Charitable Support

We are supportive of local community projects and provide charitable support in the form of donations and prizes for fundraising activities. Each request is given due care and consideration.

It is our declared policy to carry out all reasonable practical measures to minimize the impact of our local business on the environment.The aims will be wherever possible:

  • Recycle Glass and Cardboard
  • Reduce the consumption of raw materials, fuel and water
  • Minimise the level of noise pollution from our business
  • To comply with all Environmental legislation
  • On a Daily Basis

 All staff and customers are encouraged in continuing to help the environment including:

  • Recycling of glass, paper, waste cooking oil, printer cartridges
  • Provide newspapers on request to avoid wastage
  • Bedroom TV’s switched off (not on Standby)
  • Switch off lights whenever rooms are not in use
  • Reuse towels and changing of Bed Linen policy
  • Low Energy lighting in non-essential public areas
  • Bulk purchase of chemicals to reduce packaging

We constantly monitor our waste management for improvements.
