We offer one of the largest Banqueting Suite facilities within the Rotherham area within the Hotel, with a capacity of 350 in our Banqueting suite and an additional 80 guests in a seperate room if required. Our Banquet suite gives us the flexibility to section off part of the room enabling us to split into two groups if required.
We appreciate that we cannot create authentic Asian cuisine therefore we allow you to bring in recognised outside Caterers for this occasion, within our package that we offer we also may permit the supply of your own alcohol.

Consort Suite
This venue is most suited for Wedding parties with between 50 and 250 guests attending your Wedding Breakfast, and up to 350 guests for your evening Buffet. The Consort Suite is also licensed to host Civil Ceremonies & Partnerships. This room offers versatility to meet your every requirement, incorporating its own private bar, large stage and dance floor for Entertainment and dancing.
Seasons Bistro
This popular Wedding Venue is suited to smaller Weddings from 25 to 70 guests for the Wedding Breakfast and up to 100 guests for your evening function. Again this room has a private Bar and Dance floor, so you can dance the night away to the Disco
Accommodation with 27 well-appointed Bedrooms with all the luxuries you would expect from a modern three star hotel.
Your Guests receive favourable rates on advising our reservations team that they are attending your Wedding Celebration.

Once you have made the decision to get married at an approved Wedding Venue it is imperative to contact the Registry office to confirm they have availability on your chosen date, the BEST WESTERN CONSORT HOTEL is approved in three rooms for your ceremony.
The Consort Banquet Suite - up to 300 guests
The Brampton Room - up to 50 guests
The Morthen Room - up to 35 guests
N.B This figure must include two registrars
Once you have agreed a date with the Registrars you are in a position to put a holding deposit for your special day. All our prices are for the hire of the Venue only and there are additional costs for the Superintendant Registrars attending and hosting your ceremony. Please contact the Registry office directly for the latest prices.
